Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between Corley Marsh, trading as Upcraftly ("Upcraftly", "we", "us"), a sole trader based at 125 Rowney Avenue, Saffron Walden, CB10 2YE, and the business that creates an Upcraftly account ("you").
1. The service
Upcraftly is online software for managing appointments, customers, forms, reminders and deposits. We may improve or change features over time. We'll give you reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what you've paid for.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your team logins.
- You must be at least 18 and using Upcraftly for business purposes.
3. Subscription and payment
- The subscription is £9.99 per month (or the price shown when you subscribe), charged in advance by our payment provider, Stripe. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for part-periods unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails we'll give you a short grace period, then access may be paused until payment is made.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
4. Customer deposits
If you connect a Stripe account, deposits your customers pay go to your Stripe account under Stripe's own terms. You are the seller to your customers and are responsible for your prices, cancellation policy, refunds and any disputes. Upcraftly does not take a fee on deposits. Stripe charges its own processing fees.
5. Your data and your customers' data
You own the data you put into Upcraftly. For personal data about your customers, you are the controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. You must have a lawful basis for the data you collect and give your customers the privacy information the law requires. Do not use Upcraftly to store health or other special-category data unless you have assessed that it's appropriate and lawful to do so.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Upcraftly to break the law, send spam, upload malicious code, try to access other businesses' data, or overload the service.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep Upcraftly available at all times but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. Support is by email at info@upcraftly.co.uk.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
9. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After closure you can ask us to export your data within 30 days; after that we delete it in line with our privacy policy.
10. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Contact: info@upcraftly.co.uk, 125 Rowney Avenue, Saffron Walden, CB10 2YE.
